Fairhope Motorcoach Resort can offer your very own piece of South Alabama's most pristine landscape.
Our concrete pads are an average of 74 feet long and 18 feet wide, some are larger.
Full hookups: water, sewer, 50 AMP.
Lot 40 is a back in site with the motorcoach facing east.  Lot 40 has a gracious amount of outdoor living space with the use of the owner's back patio which has an  outdoor kitchen including the two eye burning and gas grill. Beautifully landscaped and guest may also sit under the stars by the fire pit. Owner's just ask you treat it like it is your own and enjoy yourself.

Fairhope Motorcoach Resort is a Class A Motorcoach Resort.  We are a gated community with 57 spacious, paved sites located on 31 acres. All sites are a minimum of 70 feet in length and 18 feet wide and have full hookups including water, sewer, 50 AMP electricity.  Approximately 40% of the land area is natural woods. You will find wide avenues, mature trees, professional landscaping and abundant green space throughout the resort.  The on-site “catch and release" lake is stocked with fish (bass and brim). The outdoor space at the private Owner’s Lodge is available for your outdoor activities. The outdoor area for guests boasts a saltwater pool, deck furniture, bluetooth sound system and large screen TV.  Guests can enjoy the wood-burning fireplace and gas fire pit overlooking the beautiful lakeside scenery. The covered outdoor area includes dining tables, chairs, gas grill, Green Egg grill, restroom facilities and laundry facilities.
The resort is only 5 miles from charming downtown Fairhope with shopping and restaurants to satisfy all. South Alabama's most pristine beaches are a short driving distance. Guests are invited to join on-site social events. 
All motor coaches must be at least 32 feet in length and not more than 12 years in age. We are a pet friendly community, but dogs must be leashed at all times, including on individual sites. There are no “off leash” areas within the resort.  Pet waste stations are located around the property for your convenience.
