What type of RV do you allow in your park?
Fairhope Motorcoach Resort is a Class A only resort. Class A coaches must be a minimum of 32 feet in length and 10 years or newer.  For exceptions to this rule, please contact 251-622-2340.

Do you have any sites available for sale?
Yes, we do have sites for sale. Please call Ronnie Mac at 251-223-2422

Are the site full hookups?
Yes, all of our sites have water, sewer and electric.  Sites 1-5 have 30 & 50 AMP and the rest of the sites have 50 AMP.


Do you have laundry facilities?
Yes, we have laundry facilities located at the lodge. There is no charge for use, however, we ask for a donation.  All donations will be given to our local animal shelter, Pet Haven.

What is your cancellation policy?
A deposit of 50% of your rental fee is required to hold your reservation. The balance will be collected 30 days prior to your check-in date. The deposit is refundable (minus a $40 administration fee) if a cancellation notice is given at least 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. If a cancellation notice is given less than 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, the deposit and any other payments on file will be forfeited. Our Weather Policy: Prior to Arrival - If a Tropical Storm Warning or Hurricane Warning has been issued which includes either a Voluntary or Mandatory Evacuation Order for the immediate area, you must call to cancel and you will receive a refund of your deposit. If you cancel your reservation without the above orders having been issued, all amounts paid will be forfeited. After Arrival - If a Tropical Storm Warning or Hurricane Warning has been issued which includes a Voluntary or Mandatory Evacuation Order for the immediate area and you decide to depart, the pro-rated amounts paid will be refunded within a reasonable time after you depart.

How big are your concrete pads?
Our concrete pads are an average of 70 feet in length and 18 feet wide, some are larger.
