Pat Achee is the owner, developer and property manager of Fairhope Motorcoach Resort (FMR).  Pat and his family have lived in Fairhope for the past 25 years and are very active in the community.   
He has been a custom home builder and developer for over 30 years and has created several upscale communities in Fairhope including: The Waters, Sandy Ford, Canebreak and, most recently, Pointe Place. 
Pat and his wife, Barbara, have been RVing for many years with the last 5 years in a Class A Motorcoach.  In their travels, they have visited many wonderful developments.  When you visit FMR, you will see where Pat has incorporated his RV travel experiences into FMC Resort, such as, designing beautiful large RV sites.  With his custom home building background, he has reflected this in the Cottages that can be built on your site.
