Site 33 is a Corner Back-In lot, With Large Secluded Brick Patio with Furniture, Fire Pit and Gas Grill and Screened Porch.

Fairhope Motorcoach Resort is a Class A Motorcoach Resort.  We are a gated community with 57 spacious, paved sites located on 31 acres. All sites are a minimum of 70 feet in length and 18 feet wide and have full hookups including water, sewer, 50 AMP electricity. . Approximately 40% of the land area is natural woods. You will find wide avenues, mature trees, professional landscaping and abundant green space throughout the resort.  The on-site “catch and release" lake is stocked with fish (bass and brim). The outdoor space at the private Owner’s Lodge is available for your outdoor activities. The outdoor area for guests boasts a saltwater pool, deck furniture, bluetooth sound system and large screen TV.  Guests can enjoy the wood-burning fireplace and gas fire pit overlooking the beautiful lakeside scenery. The covered outdoor area includes dining tables, chairs, gas grill, Green Egg grill, restroom facilities and laundry facilities.
The resort is only 5 miles from charming downtown Fairhope with shopping and restaurants to satisfy all. South Alabama's most pristine beaches are a short driving distance. Guests are invited to join on-site social events. 
All motor coaches must be at least 32 feet in length and not more than 12 years in age. We are a pet friendly community, but dogs must be leashed at all times, including on individual sites. There are no “off leash” areas within the resort.  Pet waste stations are located around the property for your convenience. 

Site 33 is a corner lot with both front and rear views looking out on common areas with trees, rather than adjacent sites, which makes the site feel more spacious.  There is a large secluded rear brick patio with furniture, gas fire pit, gas grill, and outdoor sink with hot & cold water.  Enjoy bug-free meals, or just relax, on the fully furnished screened-in porch with lights and overhead fan.  Everything you need to enjoy a long-term or short-term get-away. 
The owner’s private cottage is adjacent to the porch.   Cottages are not part of the rental.
